Ihr Profil
Unser Ziel ist die nachhaltige Wertsteigerung für unsere Klient:innenen, oft im Umfeld einer Unternehmenskrise. Dafür suchen wir nicht weniger als die besten Mitarbeitenden im Markt:
- Mindestens 3 bis 11 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Restrukturierung/Sanierung von Unternehmen, z.B. aus der Arbeit für eine führende Management-Beratung, für ein Kreditinstitut, im Unternehmen oder für die Eigenkapitalseite o.ä.
- Herausragende finanzwirtschaftliche und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Modellierungskompetenzen, je nach Level selbständige und sichere Modellierung einer integrierten Businessplanung, direkte und indirekte Liquiditätsplanung, etc.
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung mit Excel und PowerPoint, Erfahrung mit Power BI/ Tableau/ Alteryx wünschenswert
- Praktische Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Restrukturierungskonzepten oder Independent Business Reviews nach einschlägigen Standards wünschenswert
- Je nach Level erfolgreiche Umsetzung von operativen Restrukturierungsmaßnahmen, Erfahrungen im Programmanagement
- Fähigkeit zur selbständigen Erstellung von Präsentationen und Berichten
- Sicherer Umgang mit integrierter Unternehmensplanung (Bilanz, GuV, Cash Flow) und Unternehmensfinanzierungen
- Nachweisbarer "Track-Record" in der Erarbeitung oder Umsetzung von Restrukturierungs- und Sanierungskonzepten
- Hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Sehr guter akademischer Background; Master, Diplom, PhD oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Reisebereitschaft bei hybridem Arbeitsmodell (remote, office, client-site)
- Aktuelle Staatsbürgerschaft, Passinhaber:in und/oder Arbeitserlaubnis für die Schweiz. Bewerbende müssen eine Arbeitserlaubnis haben, die es Ihnen ermöglicht, in der EU zu reisen und zu arbeiten
