Role: Hybrid Box Truck Driver/Warehouse Associate
As a Box Truck Driver/Warehouse Associate for ADC, you will split your time between warehouse operations and local deliveries, helping ensure products are accurately picked, packed, loaded, and transported to customers. This hands-on role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various Shipping functions, such as picking orders, packaging orders, tagging orders with appropriate job tags and assisting with loading trucks.
- This is a 50/50 split between Box Truck driving and warehouse order picking
- Ability to lift 80 lbs.
- Ability to operate a Fork Lift or Order Picker
- Organize orders to be picked in an efficient manner
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Work as a team member by interacting and communicating with fellow associates in a cooperative, constructive manner
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year related experience in a warehouse environment & 1 Year driving
- Ability to become certified in the operation of warehouse equipment
- Prior experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklift, pallet jack and order picket helpful
Estimated compensation: $20-$24/hour with flexibility based on experience and skills.
