Key Responsibilities
- Build and expand your own professional network.
- Serve as the key link between candidates and clients within your niche, developing expertise in your field.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact through to negotiation and closing.
- Develop and nurture meaningful relationships to help top professionals find their next career move and assist clients in filling their vacancies.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or a related field is a plus, but not required—strong enthusiasm for the role is essential!
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for connecting with people.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the recruitment field.
- Excellent English skills; proficiency in Dutch and/or German is a huge bonus.
