Caseload & Responsibilities
-
Provide speech-language therapy services to a mixed caseload of elementary students
-
Support students across K–5th grade with a variety of communication needs
-
Conduct evaluations and contribute to eligibility determinations as needed
-
Develop and implement individualized speech-language goals
-
Provide direct and consultative speech-language services
-
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
-
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on student needs
-
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success
Qualifications
-
Active Illinois IDFPR Speech-Language Pathologist license required
-
Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) required
-
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Passion for helping elementary students develop their communication skills

Competitive hourly rate ranging from $45.00–$55.00 per hour
