業務内容
本ポジションは、これらの事業オペレーションとプロダクト群に対し、AIソリューションを実装・展開し続けるAI Builderの募集です。生成AIの急速な進化により、開発組織のあり方そのものが変わりつつあります。 本ポジションは、事業ドメインの深い知見をもとに業務をAIエージェント化し、そのアウトプットが正しいか、品質をどう担保するか、そしてどう責任を取るかを見極め、事業インパクトへと変換していくことを期待します。
※弊社では、グローバル拠点との連携や、現場のオペレーションを深く理解するため、出社を基本としたスタイルをとっています。
- 業務のAIエージェント化：担当ドメイン（マーケ／EC／物流／DX等）の業務プロセスを整理し、AIエージェントとして設計・実装します。
- 品質管理プロセスの設計と統括： AIエージェントの出力信頼性を最大化するため、検証プロセスを確立。品質基準やセーフティ・ガードレールの設計を主導し、デリバリーされる成果物の最終的な品質責任を担います。
- 事業インパクトの最大化：エージェント化した業務の効果を検証し、他事業・他国展開への横展開を主導します。
- ステークホルダーとの連携：エンジニアチームや事業部・ビジネスサイドと連携し、要件の言語化から導入後の運用改善までを一気通貫で推進します。

【必須要件】
- 特定の事業ドメインで現場の業務プロセスを深く理解し、構造化した経験
- 品質を見極め、責任を持つ姿勢：AIのアウトプットが正しいかを検証し、品質・成果に自ら責任を持って意思決定できる思考力
- 論理的思考力とビジネスコミュニケーション能力：事業サイド・開発サイド双方と連携し、課題を構造化して推進できる
【歓迎条件】
- SEやテックリード等のエンジニア経験を経てPM・企画職に転向した方
- LLMを活用したプロンプト・ハーネス等の設計を含む、業務自動化経験
- マーケ／EC／広告運用／物流／DX等の領域でのAI活用・業務自動化の実務経験
- 事業会社・SaaS等でのプロダクト企画・グロース経験
- 英語環境でのコミュニケーション経験
