This role is eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus, subject to the terms and conditions of the Company's sign-on bonus program.

Your Responsibilities as a CAD Technician:

Collaborate with our engineers to design, draft, review, and evaluate engineering plan sets
Create Civil Engineering drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and MicroStation
Prepare report figures for projects
Write related technical documents such as material list and cost estimates
Ensure all drawings are accurate and meet industry standard
Maintain a library of standard drawing templates

What we're looking for:

Associate or bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related discipline
Professional certification such as ADDA and CADD
1+ years of related design and drafting experience
Experience in using AutoCAD (Preferable Civil 3D), Revit, and MicroStation
Excellent verbal and written communication
Knowledge of 3D and 2D modeling tools preferred
Knowledge of Engineering practices and industry standards
