We're looking for daring, ambitious, and "a little crazy" people — those who love building real products and dream of launching cool startups. You have the ambition; we have the conditions to make it happen.
You will:
- Shape and evolve the product's visual identity and recognizability across all creative touchpoints.
- Analyze the behavior, intents, and desires of the target audience, transforming insights into hypotheses for creative testing.
- Conduct consistent research on competitor activities and market trends.
- Build a testing backlog for creative concepts.
- Coordinate the creative production process, clearly formulating design briefs (technical specifications) for marketing designers.
- Own the creative pipeline end-to-end, keeping quality high while volume scales.
- Identify opportunities to improve creative testing efficiency based on data, where efficiency means lower cost per acquisition ($), lower CAC, and a higher volume of tested concepts with a superior Win Rate.
We'll have a match if you:
- Have 2+ years of experience in performance creative production/marketing/design.
- Understand deeply top-of-the-funnel marketing metrics.
- Have a structured workflow approach — you base your conclusions on data and analytics, rather than subjective perception or "common sense".
- Speak fluent Ukrainian and have B2+ English.
