  • Lead and contribute to cross-functional People & Culture initiatives that enhance employee engagement, strengthen our culture, and support business growth.
  • Oversee visa, immigration, and relocation processes, ensuring a seamless experience for international employees.
  • Build strong relationships with employees, leaders, and external partners, serving as a trusted point of contact for operational and people-related topics.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen governance, documentation, and operational standards as the organization continues to scale.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the People function by introducing best practices, challenging existing ways of working, and helping build a high-performing People organization.

What You Bring

  • Significant experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a broader HR Generalist role, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Deep expertise in German employment law, payroll processes, HR compliance, and People Operations best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience owning and improving People processes, HR systems, and operational workflows at scale.
  • Experience partnering with managers and business leaders, providing practical guidance across a range of people topics while balancing business and employee needs.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and data to identify trends, generate insights, and support strategic decision-making.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • A highly structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to thrive in an evolving, fast-growing environment where you can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
