Key Responsibilities
- Responsibility for Worker Dispatch
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules
- Coordinate meetings where appropriate, take and distribute minutes to project team members.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Have at least three (3) years’ experience in human resources/employment/labour management, such as experience in an HR department or as a branch chief or plant manager.
- Have completed the state-mandated Responsible Person for Worker Dispatching Undertaking seminar/training and is able to provide the certificate.
- Have good knowledge of labour-related acts and laws.
- Be able to conduct career development programmes and be accessible for employee consultations.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
