Description

We are currently seeking Commercial Lawyers to work with a variety of Axiom clients across a broad range of industries.

Responsibilities:

Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including supplier, customer, services, licensing and confidentiality agreements.
Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice to internal stakeholders on contractual risk, compliance and business priorities.
Partner with sales, procurement, finance and other business teams to support transactions, manage negotiations and resolve contract-related issues.
Support the effective management of contracts throughout their lifecycle, including templates, processes, governance and stakeholder coordination.

Minimum Qualifications:

Qualified lawyer eligible to practise in the UK, with relevant commercial-contracts experience gained in private practice, in-house or on secondment.
Strong drafting, review, negotiation and advisory skills across a range of commercial agreements.
Commercially minded, collaborative and able to communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders.
Right to work in the UK without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
