DIE ROLLE
Der IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) ist ein wichtiger Teil unseres technischen Teams. Du beaufsichtigst und verwaltest interne und kundenseitige Systeme und Hardware und stellst den reibungslosen Systembetrieb sicher. Alles was du tust, erfolgt im Einklang mit der europäischen IT-Strategie, in der du ebenfalls eingebunden bist. Du leistet technischen Support für die Mitarbeitenden und unterstützt Teammitglieder. Du stellst sicher, dass alle alle IT-bezogenen Aufgaben korrekt und fristgerecht erledigt werden und hilfst dem IT-Manager Europa bei der Lösung von Herausforderungen.

Du hast ein echtes Interesse und eine Leidenschaft für IT-Systeme. Du bist gut organisiert und hast eine pragmatische Herangehensweise mit einem akribischen Blick für Details. Du arbeitest gerne in einem hohen Arbeitstempo, bist flexibel und hast Freude am Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern. Du bist Experte für unsere wichtigsten Systeme und in der Lage Probleme zu erkennen, diese schnell, professionell und mit minimalen Auswirkungen auf das operative Geschäft zu beheben. Geduld zeichnet dich aus.
HAUPTVERANTWORTLICHKEITEN
- Werde Teil des europäischen IT-Support-Teams, arbeite eng mit Kolleg*innen in anderen EU-Märkten zusammen und unterstütze sie bei Bedarf.
- Als technischer Ansprechpartnerin für unser Client Services Team unterstützt Du bei allen Fragen rund um Ticketing-Equipment in unseren Venues.
- Du verwaltest unser zentrales Geräte- und MDM-System und passt Geräteprofile flexibel an.
- Du behältst jederzeit den Überblick über unsere Hardware und führst genaue Asset-Listen.
- Du stellst sicher, dass unsere IT-Systeme den AXS-Sicherheitsstandards entsprechen.
- Du bearbeitest Service-Desk-Tickets aus Deutschland – schnell, professionell und lösungsorientiert.
- Du installierst, wartest und reparierst AXS-Equipment an verschiedenen Veranstaltungsstandorten in Deutschland.
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Senior IT Manager Europe zusammen und unterstützt Dein Team bei allen IT-Herausforderungen.
SCHLÜSSELQUALIFIKATIONEN UND ERFAHRUNGEN
- Du hast Erfahrung im 2nd-Level-Support und brennst für IT-Themen.
- Du kennst Dich sehr gut mit Windows-Clients aus und hast idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit MacOS.
- Du bringst Kenntnisse in Windows Server, Active Directory, Gruppenrichtlinien und Virtualisierung (z. B. Hyper-V) mit.
- Netzwerkthemen wie IPv4/IPv6, VLANs und WLAN sind Dir vertraut.
- Erfahrung mit Mikrotik, Ubiquiti oder Cisco Meraki ist ein Plus.
- Du kannst iOS- und Android-Geräte über MDM verwalten.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und achtest auf Details.
- Du kommunizierst klar, geduldig und kannst technische Themen auch Nicht-Techniker*innen verständlich erklären.
- Du fühlst Dich wohl in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld, bist flexibel und arbeitest gerne mit vielen verschiedenen Ansprechpartner*innen zusammen.
- Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, denkst innovativ und möchtest Dinge voranbringen.
- Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
