Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Director of Quality/Regulatory to join our organization. As the Director of Quality/Regulatory, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements for a well-known pharmaceutical company in South San Francisco. You will lead a team in developing and implementing quality management systems and processes to maintain product excellence and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management systems to meet regulatory standards
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, ISO)
- Lead the development and execution of quality assurance programs
- Establish and maintain quality control procedures and processes
- Conduct internal audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Extensive experience in quality management and regulatory compliance
- In-depth knowledge of quality standards and regulations in the relevant industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Salary Range: $220,000 - $280,000 per year
