Du vil blive en del af en succesfuld kundeservice, som arbejder mod, at nå vores mål er at skabe den bedste kundesoplevelse. Men ikke nok med det, så er der ingen grænse for dine muligeder for, at lære og udvilke dig indenfor Betsson!
Vi ønsker, at du kan udføre følgende opgaver:
- Hjælpe både danske og engelske-talende kunder via e-mail, chat og telefon.
- Arbejde sammen med dit team for, at levere den bedste kundetilfredshed (samt opnå andre KPI’er).
- Oversætte kampagne tekster og/eller spørgeskemaer til dansk.
- Håndtere kundernes konti.

Hos Betsson Group arbejder vi med en hybrid Work From Home (WFH), som giver dig flexibilitet ved at arbejde 2 dage på kontoret og 3 dage hjemmefra.
Du er god til at:
- Kommunikere både skriftligt og mundligt på både dansk og engelsk.
- Stærk Microsoft Office viden.
- Multi-tasking og tidshåndtering.
Ekstra Awesome!
- Tidligere kundeservice erfaring, dette kan være ansigt til ansigt, online eller via telefonopkald, eller iGaming erfaring.

- Arbejdstimer: Som Kundeservicemedarbejder vil du arbejde i vagtskema med 6 dages arbejde efterfulgt af 3 dages fri.
- Lokation: Malta, St Julians.
