Description

Als Accountmanager Binnendienst bij Real Result B.V. ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bestaande en potentiële klanten. Je bouwt duurzame klantrelaties op, signaleert commerciële kansen en zorgt voor een optimale klantbeleving vanuit kantoor. Je werkt nauw samen met de buitendienst en interne afdelingen om de commerciële doelstellingen te realiseren.

Our company is based out of Vianen, Utrecht (NL). We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden & Werkzaamheden:

Beheren en uitbreiden van een bestaande klantenportefeuille
Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes
Analyseren van klantdata met als doel advies te geven over verbetertrajecten.
Actief signaleren van up- en cross-sell mogelijkheden
Telefonisch en per e-mail adviseren van klanten over producten/diensten
Nauwkeurig verwerken van gegevens in het CRM-systeem
Samenwerken met de buitendienst bij klantbezoeken en trajecten
Bewaken van klanttevredenheid en oplossen van eventuele knelpunten
Ondersteunen bij commerciële acties, campagnes en rapportages
Omzetgroei: behalen van de persoonlijke salesquota en bijdragen aan de totale omzetdoelstellingen.
Klanttevredenheid: realiseren van hoge klanttevredenheid en langdurige klantloyaliteit.
Pipeline management: een constante stroom van gekwalificeerde leads en een voorspelbare forecast

Competenties:

MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau, richting commercieel/economisch
Aantoonbare ervaring in een vergelijkbare commerciële functie
Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, mondeling en schriftelijk
Klantgerichte, resultaatgerichte en proactieve werkhouding
Ervaring met CRM-systemen en MS Office
Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; Engels is een pré
Klantgerichtheid en overtuigingskracht
Zelfstandigheid en organisatietalent
Teamspeler met commercieel inzicht
