Nous recherchons des Manager - Finance - H/F pour intervenir sur des enjeux de transformation au sein des équipes de contrôle de gestion, des équipes comptables, des équipes ressources rares (Solvabilité et liquidité) ainsi que de pilotage ALM.
Votre rôle :
En tant que Manager vous interviendrez au sein des directions Finances de nos clients sur des missions de conseil de différentes natures :
- Cadrage d’étude en amont,
- Conduite et mise en oeuvre de grands programmes de transformation sponsorisés par la direction générale ou le senior management des directions financières,
- Amélioration des processus et renforcement de l’efficacité opérationnelle.
- Mise en place de nouvelles exigences réglementaires
Les qualités que nous recherchons :
- Une bonne expertise de l’environnement des banques ainsi que des sujets de transformation de la fonction Finance au sein d’institutions financières ou bancaires.
- Connaissance de réglementations : IRRBB, NDOD, BIRD, Liquidité Daily Crise, Optimisation RWA
- Revue de processus et efficacité opérationnelle
- Target Operating Model
- Mise en place de reporting réglementaire (Corep, Finrep et Pilier 3)
- Revue de modèle en Liquidité et en Solvabilité,
- Un excellent relationnel et un bon esprit d’équipe, vous avez envie d’accompagner activement la croissance d’un cabinet dynamique qui mise sur le management de proximité et vous êtes reconnu pour votre flexibilité et votre créativité.
- Une bonne appétence et mobilité pour travailler avec un réseau de consultants à dimension internationale au service de nos clients en France et à l’étranger. La maîtrise du français et de l’anglais en langues de travail est indispensable.
- Une expérience de 7 ans minimum dans un cabinet de conseil, ou en gestion de projet au sein d’une institution financière. Vous êtes dôté d’un diplôme Bac+5 de type école de commerce ou d’ingénieur ou universitaire.
