Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

CaptiveAire maintains a network of over 90 sales offices in the U.S. and Canada and six strategically located manufacturing plants in North Carolina, Iowa, Oklahoma, California, Pennsylvania and Florida.
SCHEDULE:
- 1:30 p.m - 12 a.m., Monday - Thursday
- Some overtime required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform work according to safety & quality standards and procedures
-
Work effectively as a team member contributing to a positive workplace
- Efficiently keep production running on night shift, for production on 1st shift

Finished work is expected to be neat, orderly, and repeatable
- Ensuring work space is clean, safe, and in working order
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Positive energy is required
- Self starter and go getter attitude
- Able to read tape measures and use good rudimentary math skills
- CNC, Press break, or punch operation experience required
- Proficient with hand tools
- Physical stamina and strength, ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Proficiency in English
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
SALARY:
- Starting at $18 an hour, based on experience (Plus - 2nd Shift Pay Differential)
- Monthly bonus based on productivity and profits
