Purpose of Position
- We are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Senior Product Graphic Designer to drive graphic design across the product team. This role is critical to shaping the visual identity and execution of our in-house prints and graphics for all products, ensuring evergreen print collections and seasonal product drops meet our premium brand standards.
- The candidate is highly organized, reliable, and adaptable, comfortable owning multiple print workstreams against a moving critical path while staying calm and structured under shifting priorities.
- This person is proactive in identifying and driving new initiatives that align with and support our wider business strategy, translating commercial goals into strong graphic and print solutions. They serve as the senior graphic voice for the product design team, strengthening design solutions, owning brand and print guidelines, and driving consistency across every collection and touchpoint of the brand.
Job Description
- Design Execution: Execute graphic design initiatives across the teams.
- Print Design & Quality Control: Design original in-house prints and carry out rigorous quality control checks of printmaking and adaptations for evergreen products and travel collections. Gatekeep and apply branding guidelines across all evergreen products.
- Project & Timeline Management: Act as the gatekeeper of all milestones and delivery timelines for print collections, ensuring speed and quality.
- Concept & Mock-ups: Support the creative director and broader team with high-quality product presentations and ideation mock-ups.
- Creative Alignment: Present designs and progress in the weekly print meeting to align with the Creative Director on print design direction and secure final approvals.
- Marketing & E-commerce Synergy: Manage and quality control of artwork ID uploads and align seamlessly with the marketing and e-commerce teams for timely seasonal launches.
- Stakeholder Communication: Proactively keep all relevant stakeholders informed on the status and evolution of all print designs.
Requirement
- 3-5+ years of experience in graphic/print design within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer tech.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Proficiency in 3D CAD for textiles is a plus.
- Proven ability to own project timelines, manage multiple SKUs simultaneously, and act as a gatekeeper for deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong presentation skills and visual communications skills with the ability to articulate design choices to senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
