Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks in support of the HR team.
- Assist with recruitment, maintaining files, and data entry.
- Support onboarding and HR communications.
- Prepare HR documentation and forms.
- Maintain HR records and filing systems.
- Assist with HR reporting and analytics.
- Support training and orientation logistics.
- Assist with benefits and payroll processes.
- Coordinate HR supplies and materials.
- Support employee engagement activities.
- Assist with HR events and meetings.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource information.
- Support compliance with HR policies.
- Assist with other HR tasks as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- College diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role.
- Basic understanding of HR procedures, documentation, and onboarding processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HR systems is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Good verbal and written language skills in English.
- Ability to be discreet and handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or a regulated environment is an advantage.
