Project Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join Coherent Solutions as a strategic hire. This role is aimed at expanding our internal pool of leaders who will drive excellence across client engagements. The Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring successful project execution, managing distributed teams, and building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate combines a proactive mindset, practical experience with modern delivery methodologies, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for leading people and improving product quality.

What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end execution of software development projects across international, cross-functional teams;
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, and software development processes following Agile or hybrid methodologies;
- Facilitate effective communication among clients and project teams to ensure alignment with project goals;
- Collaborate with Delivery Managers and Engineering Department Managers to ensure alignment on project goals, resource planning, and organizational priorities;
- Act as a point of contact for client executives (Directors, VPs, C-suites) ensuring transparency, trust, and partnership;
- Drive change management initiatives and process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality;
- Foster a strong feedback culture and guide team members toward professional growth and performance excellence;
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes;
- Track key delivery metrics and continuously improve internal practices;
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development or technology consulting;
- Have a proactive, ownership-driven, and focused on continuous improvement mindset;
- Strong working knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and practical experience applying them in distributed team environments;
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage performance, and nurture a culture of accountability and excellence;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with executive-level stakeholders;
- Proven experience managing organizational or process change across multi-team environments;
- Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities;
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle; prior hands-on or technical experience is a plus;
- English Proficiency: Upper-intermediate or higher; comfortable in international client communication;
