關於團隊
FinTech UX 團隊負責打造 Coupang 生態系中的直覺化、值得信賴且具可擴展性的金融服務體驗。我們的使命是透過建立卓越的支付體驗，幫助顧客輕鬆且安心地完成付款，進一步消除電商流程中的各種摩擦與障礙。
作為台灣支付（Taiwan Payments）團隊的資深產品設計師（Staff Product Designer），您將負責規劃並推動關鍵支付體驗的設計策略與執行，涵蓋整個顧客旅程。您將與產品管理、工程、資料科學、商務、營運、風險管理、法務合規及行銷團隊密切合作，共同定義台灣支付服務的未來藍圖。
這是一個高度策略性的個人貢獻者（Individual Contributor, IC）職位，適合能夠親自參與設計工作、善於面對不確定性、影響產品發展方向，並創造實質商業與客戶價值的設計領導者。
【工作內容】
• 主導台灣支付產品與體驗的端到端設計流程，從策略制定、設計執行到後續優化。
• 定義使用者體驗（UX）願景，影響產品策略，並規劃支付體驗發展藍圖（Roadmap）。
• 設計流暢且值得信賴的支付旅程，涵蓋結帳流程（Checkout）、電子錢包（Wallet）、身份驗證（Authentication）及未來金融科技產品。
• 領導具高度不確定性的 0→1 創新專案，打造全新的支付體驗，創造客戶與商業價值。
• 將使用者洞察、商業目標、技術限制及法規要求轉化為直覺且易用的產品體驗。
• 透過使用者研究、數據分析、產品實驗及市場洞察，發掘機會並推動可衡量的商業成果。
• 定義成功指標，持續改善轉換率（Conversion）、支付成功率、產品採用率及顧客信任度。
• 建立可擴展的設計框架、設計模式（Design Patterns）及支付體驗相關 UX 標準。
• 與產品、工程、資料科學、風險管理、法務、合規及商業團隊緊密合作，交付高品質解決方案，並影響組織層級決策。
【條件要求】
• 平面設計、互動設計、工業設計、人機互動（HCI）、資訊工程、心理學或相關科系學位，或具同等工作經驗。
• 8年以上產品設計（Product Design）、使用者體驗設計（UX Design）或相關領域工作經驗。
• 具備設計並成功推出面向消費者數位產品的實務經驗。
• 擁有優秀作品集，能展現策略思維、UX問題解決能力、互動設計、視覺設計能力及可衡量的商業成果。
• 曾主導複雜、高度模糊且跨部門合作的專案，從概念發想到正式上線。
• 精通以使用者為中心（User-Centered Design）的設計方法與完整產品設計流程。
• 熟練使用 Figma 及現代設計工具。
• 能透過簡報、敘事能力（Storytelling）及數據清楚表達設計理念與決策依據。
• 具備與產品管理及工程團隊密切合作的經驗。
• 具備優秀的跨部門協作與利害關係人管理能力。
• 具備流利中文及英文溝通能力。
【加分條件】
• 具備支付（Payments）、金融科技（FinTech）、銀行、電子錢包、貸款、信用卡或金融服務產品設計經驗。
• 曾參與台灣或其他亞太地區（APAC）市場產品設計工作。
• 深入了解支付生態系統、風險控管、身份驗證、防詐騙機制及相關法規要求。
• 具備運用使用者研究與數據分析推動產品策略制定的經驗。
• 曾在高速成長且大規模運作的組織環境中工作。
• 具備電子商務（E-commerce）、平台市集（Marketplace）或大型消費者產品平台相關經驗。
• 曾成功影響高階主管決策並推動組織共識建立。
• 能夠整合質化與量化研究成果，轉化為具體可執行的產品與設計決策。
