  • Develop and maintain procurement program plans with trackable milestones across requirements definition, RFQ, supplier selection, development, qualification, and production ramp phases
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, sourcing, quality, and operations teams to ensure procurement programs stay on schedule and within budget
  • Coordinate with the strategic sourcing team, who own pricing and contract negotiations, to provide program context, supplier priorities, and technical inputs
  • Identify and mitigate procurement program risks, escalating issues proactively and maintaining visibility across stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date program tracking using project management tools and Arena PLM
  • Support supplier onboarding, qualification activities, and ongoing supplier performance reviews in coordination with the sourcing team
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of supply chain program management processes and tools as the company scales

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field with 5–7 years of relevant experience in supply chain program management, procurement, operations, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stage procurement or engineering programs from requirements definition through production
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to interpret engineering requirements and drive alignment between technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Strong program management skills with a track record of building and executing structured, trackable program plans
  • Experience working with project management tools and Arena PLM or equivalent product lifecycle management systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around program priorities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with shifting priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in capital-intensive industries such as clean energy, industrial equipment, automotive, aerospace, or oil and gas
  • Familiarity with balance of plant fluid systems in an industrial, process, or energy environment
  • Prior experience supporting sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or strategic sourcing initiatives
