Der Projektmanager für Berichterstattung und Visualisierung ist dafür verantwortlich, der Digital Analytics and Insights-Gruppe dabei zu helfen, Anforderungen zu sammeln, Daten zu beschaffen und Berichte und überzeugende Visualisierungen für wichtige Stakeholder in der globalen Discovery-Organisation bereitzustellen. Sie arbeiten mit verschiedenen Funktionsgruppen zusammen, um Anforderungen zu erfassen, relevante Berichte und Dashboards zu entwerfen und Business Intelligence kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
Verantwortlichkeiten
Leitet Diskussionen in allen Phasen des Business Intelligence-Designlebenszyklus
Plant, verwaltet und behält die Kontrolle über wichtige Projektmeilensteine, Kennzahlen und Wirksamkeit
Stellt sicher, dass Ziele und Umfang klar definiert und von den Stakeholdern und dem Analytics-Team verstanden werden
Verwaltet effektiv die interne Kommunikation sowohl mündlich (Teambesprechungen) als auch schriftlich (Statusberichte).
Arbeitet mit anderen BI-Leitern im gesamten Unternehmen zusammen, um Tools und Methoden zu koordinieren.
Stellt sicher, dass relevante Endbenutzer angemessenen Zugang erhalten und entsprechende Schulungen erhalten
Führt eine Post-Mortem-Analyse des Projekts durch, um Verbesserungsideen für zukünftige Projekte zu erfassen.
Anforderungen
Bachelor-, Master- oder Ph.D.-Abschluss in Informationstechnologie, Informatik, Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer ähnlichen Disziplin
Mehr als 2 Jahre Erfahrung im BI-Analytics-Projektmanagement und der Leitung von Teams in einer virtuellen/globalen oder strukturierten Organisation
Sie müssen in der Lage sein, Projekte zu definieren, zu gestalten und zum Abschluss zu bringen und gleichzeitig effektiv mit anderen zusammenzuarbeiten
Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten. Demonstrieren Sie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme zu lösen und Empfehlungen gegenüber der Geschäftsleitung effektiv zu präsentieren

Verständnis der Designprinzipien und der Ästhetik von Business-Dashboards und -Berichten (d. h. Look and Feel)
Grundlegendes Verständnis für Datenmodellierung und Datenbankdesign, einschließlich Erfahrung in der SQL-Server- und DataStage-Entwicklung
Erfahrung mit BI-Visualisierungstools und deren Implementierung, idealerweise Tableau oder PowerBI
