- Location: Oyster Bay (bus/home)
- Hours: 2:15pm-5:30pm
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Compensation: $27-$28/hourly

Responsibilities:
- Respond to the goals, needs and requests of students and supervisors, on an individualized basis, and in a professional manner on the bus and in the student's home
- Work collaboratively with a behavior consultant and/or clinical supervisor to provide academic, behavioral, and social/emotional support to student with special needs
- Implementation of behavior support plans or skill acquisition programs (data collection, progress reporting, CPI training and implementation)
- Help with daily living tasks, such as mobility, hygiene, and transitions.
- Maintain the confidentiality of information regarding students in accordance with State and Federal regulations
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Understand and demonstrate the company core values.
About You:

- Active RBT or interested in interested in obtaining RBT credential
And this background:
- Minimum of 6 months working with children or adolescents with special needs in a supervised setting
- Minimum of High School Diploma required
- Must have reliable transportation
- Successful completion of or current enrollment in an undergraduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education or related field preferred
- Experience with students with autism and/or maladaptive behaviors preferred
- Critical thinker with a problem-solving mind
- Bilingual is a plus
