About the Role

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing team and drive sales growth across Asia Pacific. You'll work closely with regional sales teams and leadership to build a marketing strategy spanning both online and offline tactics to generate pipeline and revenue across the region. You'll partner with a wide range of cross-functional teams and take ownership of executing and managing all marketing activity in APAC.

What You'll Do

Plan and execute field marketing programs that generate pipeline for the APAC sales team
Partner with key internal stakeholders to build and implement a go-to-market strategy combining online and offline tactics
Lead the strategy and execution of custom virtual and in-person events
Report on marketing activity and the ROI it drives
Build deep expertise in the region and industry — regulations, key players, and areas of opportunity
Translate sales priorities into effective marketing programs
Become the go-to marketing partner for the Sales and Account Management teams
Build relationships with customers and partners to surface new opportunities that benefit both sides

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
5+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS, Fintech, or Cyber Security, with solid understanding of channel and funnel marketing tactics
Proven experience running marketing programs end-to-end across a region
Agile, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment that demands multitasking, transparency, and sharp prioritization
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Google Ads, plus email marketing platforms
Campaign management experience: budget ownership and the ability to define, build, optimize, and refine channel campaigns end-to-end (strategy, offers, design, messaging, segmentation, and creative)
Background in crypto / blockchain is preferred
Fluency in a regional language in addition to English
