Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Affiliate Sales Managers by setting KPIs, allocating leads and GEOs, and driving team performance;
-
Design and execute affiliate acquisition and reactivation strategies to achieve quarterly and annual business goals;
-
Build and strengthen relationships with VIP affiliates, media buying teams, affiliate networks, and top-tier webmasters;
-
Negotiate and close complex partnership deals, including CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and exclusive agreements;
-
Reactivate dormant high-potential affiliates and develop scalable partner re-engagement strategies;
-
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand, and Affiliate Management teams to align campaigns, offers, and promotional activities;
-
Analyze affiliate performance, market trends, competitor activity, and campaign profitability to optimize business results;
-
Represent the company at international conferences and industry events while expanding the strategic partner network.
Experience you’ll need to bring:
-
3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing within iGaming, Betting in Senior Sales, Business Development, or Team Lead roles;
-
Experience leading or mentoring a small team of Affiliate/Sales Managers and driving team performance;
-
Strong network of webmasters, media buying teams, affiliate networks, and high-value affiliates;
-
Deep understanding of affiliate deal structures and payout models, including CPA, CPL, RevShare, and Hybrid;
-
Experience developing affiliate acquisition, reactivation, and partnership growth strategies;
-
Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating campaign performance, profitability, ROI, and market trends;
-
Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency with the ability to negotiate confidently and represent the company at international events;
-
Excellent leadership, negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
