The Opportunity
This is a role for a relationship builder, opportunity creator and deal closer.
You'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships and driving revenue growth across Australia. Working closely with our Data & AI consultants, solution architects and Microsoft ecosystem partners, you'll help organisations accelerate their AI and data transformation journeys.
You'll engage with senior decision-makers, uncover business challenges and position innovative Data & AI solutions that deliver measurable results.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market customers.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Develop trusted relationships with business and technology leaders.
- Partner with technical specialists to shape solutions that solve complex customer challenges.
- Present compelling proposals and value-driven solutions across Data, Analytics and AI.
- Leverage Microsoft's technology ecosystem, including Azure and modern cloud platforms, to create customer success.
- Represent HSO in the market and contribute to our growing reputation as a leader in AI innovation.
What You'll Bring
- Proven success in technology services, software consulting or enterprise solution sales.
- Experience selling Data, AI, Analytics, Cloud or Digital Transformation solutions.
- A track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Confidence engaging with executive and C-suite stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, data platforms or broader Microsoft technologies is highly regarded.
- Around 5+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales.
