Description
Chez HSO, nous avons une équipe dédiée à l’ERP D365. Nous avons réuni des experts dans chaque domaine fonctionnel et aussi sur la partie technique. Ainsi les compétences, Finance, Supply Chain, Trade, Manufacturing, Production, Projet travaillent en collaboration directe avec les équipes techniques.
Nous sommes une équipe à taille humaine, très sensibles à la qualité des relations, à la confiance et à l’entraide pour permettre à toute l’équipe de grandir et de développer de nouvelles compétences.
Notre métier : accompagner nos clients dans l’implémentation des solutions Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. Pour réussir dans ce métier, il faut faire preuve de curiosité, d’expertise métier, de transversalité et avoir une vue solution.
HSO est un groupe international. Nos équipes travaillent sur des projets français mais aussi pour des projets internationaux et sont au quotidien en relation avec des collègues du monde entier.
Selon votre niveau de séniorité, votre périmètre d’intervention se développera : phases d’avant-vente, POC , audit et suivi opérationnel font partie des missions.
Votre métier au quotidien
Être le garant auprès des clients dans votre domaine d’expertise de la mise en œuvre des solutions adaptées aux besoins exprimés
Pour cela vous êtes en charge de l’animation et du recueil de besoin client
Vous accompagnez le client et vous le conseillez sur les options possibles dans l’implémentation permettant ainsi d’avoir une vue précise et factuelle des fonctions de la solution et des écarts éventuels.
Vous concevez et rédigez les spécifications fonctionnelles
Vous travaillez sur les tests ainsi que vous vous assurez de la reprise des données
Vous accompagnez les utilisateurs.

Un diplôme dans le domaine fonctionnel d’expertise (finance, production, logistique, achat, vente ou stock) ou avoir été Key User sur un projet ERP.
Dans tous les cas une expérience sur Dynamics est impérative.
De plus une pratique de l’anglais professionnel à l’oral et à l’écrit est nécessaire.
