Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle 360 Recruitment: Independently manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and client engagement to offer negotiation and placement.

Market Leadership: Act as a commercial advisor to your clients, providing insights on pricing, strategy, and talent trends.
Self-Management: Operate as a self-starter, maintaining a high level of activity and billing consistency without the need for external supervision.
