Position Summary

The AI Enablement Analyst / Senior Analyst will accelerate AI adoption across IMA Advisors and help shift the division from ad hoc use to a governed, scalable, AI model.

This role partners with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify high-value opportunities for AI enablement, develop practical AI solutions that enhance productivity, improve decision-making, and increase operational scalability.

The role combines hands-on AI development, data readiness, business analysis, project management, and process improvement. The AI Enablement Analyst / Senior Analyst will identify and prioritize AI use cases, develop AI agents and workflow automations, support data quality and knowledge management initiatives, and support implementation efforts to drive adoption and measurable business value across the division.

This position is ideal for an analytical and technically curious professional who enjoys building solutions and collaborating across a diverse set of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

AI Opportunity Identification & Prioritization

  • Serve as an AI advisor to leaders across the various business units of the division
  • Facilitate stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions to uncover business challenges and identify opportunities for AI enablement.
  • Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation and augmentation with leading AI solutions.
  • Evaluate and prioritize AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, implementation effort, and adoption readiness.
  • Maintain the division's AI opportunity intake process, prioritization framework, implementation backlog, and roadmap.
  • Support the development of business cases and recommendations for AI investments and implementation decisions.

AI Solution Development

  • Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain AI agents, copilots, workflow automations, and related AI-enabled solutions.
  • Configure solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, and other approved enterprise technologies.
  • Develop prompts, agent instructions, knowledge repositories, and supporting assets to maximize solution effectiveness.
  • Support integrations between AI solutions, business systems, and data sources where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with IT, Compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure adherence to governance and enterprise standards.
  • Monitor solution effectiveness and continuously improve functionality, usability, and adoption.

Data Readiness & Knowledge Management

  • Assess data quality, information architecture, and knowledge sources required to support AI-enabled solutions.
  • Support data cleansing and standardization efforts that improve AI performance and business outcomes.
  • Support efforts to create reliable, well-organized sources of information for AI consumption.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in technology, analytics, product management, consulting, or a related field.
  • Experience building AI agents, workflow automations, or low-code applications.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 information architecture, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Platform, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with Python, APIs, data integrations, scripting, or automation development.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence, data analysis, and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with data cleansing, data governance, information management, or knowledge management initiatives.
  • Familiarity with gathering and documenting business requirements and translating business needs into practical solutions.
  • Experience supporting projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to build solutions using AI and automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of AI governance concepts, including human review, approved tools, data privacy, confidentiality, source grounding, hallucination risk, bias awareness, and output validation.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured workflows, requirements, and reusable AI-enabled processes.
  • Ability to define and track success metrics for AI-enabled workflows, including adoption, efficiency, quality, risk reduction, and business value.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a regulated or compliance-sensitive environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn emerging technologies.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Travel Requirements

  • Ability to travel periodically to support stakeholder engagement, process discovery, training, workshops, and AI implementation efforts across business units and office locations.

Compensation

  • Title and compensation will be determined based on relevant experience

Salary Range
$100,000$150,000 USD
