The Role
The VP, Enterprise Account Management will be responsible for strategic management, coordination, and oversight of a portfolio of client accounts. You will partner with each of our business units to expand customer relationships, increase sales and exploit whitespace opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Identify and build enduring relationships with key decision makers.
- Align with internal stakeholders to set account strategy and document this according to the approved Sales / Account Management methodology (e.g., Miller Heimann).
- Partner with internal teams to lead account performance to achieve sales targets for specified accounts.
- Drive strategic proposal volume and help develop proposal content.
- Identify prospective solutions based on customer needs, and portfolio/pipeline strategy.
- Engage with operational programme teams to track milestones and results - identifying, trouble-shooting and escalating issues to improve client satisfaction.
- Gather client and competitive intelligence to inform Inizio's account strategy.
- Coordinate account enterprise capability overviews, RFPs, and data requests.
- Be the key point of contact internally for nominated accounts, supporting coordination across the businesses for these accounts.
About you
- Excellent internal / external stakeholder management skills.
- Curious, solution-oriented, and proactive.
- Prepared to travel globally.
- Background in working with Life Sciences / Pharma.
- Understanding of Commercial and Marketing Services in Pharma.
- Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Demonstrated track record of selling professional services globally.
- Demonstrated success in business development which has led to converted sales of professional services.
- Experience engaging with Procurement function to identify opportunities and convey mutual value exchange.
- Excellent planning and project management skills.
- Significant presentation experience in front of senior level clients
- Working knowledge of some form of a consultative selling or Account Planning model (E.g., HCS, Miller-Heiman)
