Nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne dynamique ayant l’esprit d’équipe pour se joindre à nous en tant que Leader De Plancher. Le leader de plancher contribue à créer une expérience Lush unique et authentique pour les clients et le personnel.

Responsabilités :
Expérience client : créer des expériences uniques qui répondent aux besoins des clients et leur font vivre des moments mémorables. Former et encadrer son équipe pour qu’elle soit en mesure d’offrir une expérience client personnalisée en faisant preuve d’écoute active, de curiosité et d’une excellente connaissance de la marque et des produits.
Esprit d’équipe : se présenter à chaque quart de travail avec une attitude positive, en étant prêt à apporter sa contribution et à donner l’exemple dans chaque situation. Être proactif dans son propre développement professionnel et chercher constamment à faire progresser ses compétences et à s’intégrer à un environnement de travail axé sur les solutions.
Excellence opérationnelle : aider à créer et à maintenir une atmosphère accueillante en boutique avec des produits frais, des présentoirs attrayants et des procédures efficaces qui promeuvent l’excellence et les valeurs Lush. Déléguer et faire un suivi avec son équipe afin de s’assurer qu’ils comprennent bien les attentes et offrir son soutien.
Leadership : participer à l’ouverture et à la fermeture de la boutique et à la gestion des caisses. Faire preuve de leadership en respectant des standards élevés, en formant son équipe sur les meilleures pratiques et en montrant l’exemple. Participer à des projets et assumer des responsabilités qui vous font évoluer en tant que leader et qui approfondissent votre connaissance de l’entreprise.

Exigences :
- Être capable de soulever une charge de 30 livres; des accommodements raisonnables seront faits au besoin.
- Être disposé à avoir un horaire variable selon les besoins de la boutique.
- Expérience de caisse et dans l’ouverture et la fermeture d’une boutique.
- Expérience dans un rôle de supervision ou de leadership.
Atouts :
- Expérience en service à la clientèle.
- Expérience dans un environnement axé sur le travail d’équipe.
- Expérience en soins pour la peau ou en cosmétiques.

We are searching for a dynamic and team oriented individual to join our team in a Floor Leader position. As a Floor Leader at Lush you bring enthusiasm and passion for the Lush brand through a fresh and authentic customer, staff, and shop experience.

Responsibilities:
Customer Experience: Ensure a unique customer experience that makes every visitor feel welcome, meets their needs and makes their day. Coach, mentor, and develop your team to offer a tailored customer experience through active listening, genuine curiosity, and expert brand and product knowledge.
Team Involvement: Show up to each shift with a positive attitude and ready to contribute to the team and lead by example in every situation. Be present in driving your own development and constantly look to grow and elevate your skills and add to a solution-oriented work environment.
Operational Excellence: Help create and maintain an inviting shop atmosphere with fresh product, beautiful displays and efficient and accurate processes that support an environment of excellence and lives the Lush values. Delegate and follow-up with your team to ensure they understand expectations and offer your support.
Practice Leadership: Support leadership team in opening and closing the store and counting cash with perfection. Step into leadership by setting an example of high standards and coaching and demonstrating best shop practices to your team. Take on projects and responsibilities that grow you as a leader and deepen your knowledge of the business.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Can lift to 30 lbs; reasonable accommodations will be made for any employee when necessary
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the shop
- Experience cash handling and open and closing
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Preferred:
- Experience in customer service
- Experience working in a team environment
- Experience working in skincare or cosmetics
