Mission Brief
Als NDT Inspector können Sie bei Isar Aerospace eine Beitrag zum Erfolg des Produkts beitragen. Sowohl bei Serienbegleitenden Prüfungen als auch bei Entwicklungs-und Sonderthemen haben sie ein abwechslungsreiches und spannedes Themengebiet. Durch die Abteilungsübergreifende Arbeit mit Kollegen aus der Fertigung und Design kommen Sie schnell in die Prozesse und Themen des NDT Inspectors und starten eine abwechslungsreiche und spannende Karriere bei Isar Aerospace.
Your Role in Our Space Mission:
- Prüfungsvorbereitung (Lesen der Zeichnung, Auswahl passender Normen, Kalibrierung der Prüfmittel usw.)
- Durchführung von zerstörungsfreien Materialprüfungen an metallischen und nichtmetallischen Werkstoffen (CFK, Klebeverbindungen, Schweißnähte, additiv gefertigte Teile) gemäß den geltenden Normen oder Spezifikationen
- Auswertung der Prüfergebnisse gemäß den geltenden Normen oder Spezifikationen
- Nachvollziehbare Dokumentation von Prüfergebnissen aus zerstörungsfreien Prüfungen
Weitere Tätigkeitsbereiche beinhalten:
- Interpretation und Kommunikation der entdeckten Fehlstellen
- Eigene fortlaufende Weiterbildung und Zertifizierung zu ZfP-Prüfgeräten und neuen Methoden (z.B. IRT)
- Prüfplanung, -durchführung sowie -dokumentation für Erst- und Sonderteile
- Verantwortung für die Sicherheit und Sauberkeit der ZfP-Bereiche (Dokumentation von Nicht-Konformitäten, Überwachung bestehender Inspektionsgeräte sowie Organisation der Einlagerung der Inspektionsgeräte)
Qualification Checklist
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Materialprüfung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung gemäß den Anforderungen oder ähnliche Tätigkeit in einem kunststoff- oder metallverarbeitendem Gebiet
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Zerstörungsfreien Prüfung oder Einsteigerlevel mit überdurchschnittlichen vorangegangenen Leistungen
- Prüf- und Bewertungsfähigkeiten auf Teile- und Materialeben
- Qualifikation und Zertifizierung der UT Stufe 2 und/oder PT Stufe 2 nach EN 4179 oder DIN EN ISO 9712 wünschenswert
- Sehr hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
- Hohe Motivation komplexe Herausforderungen anzunehmen
- Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse B2 Level
