Deine Rolle in unserer Space Mission:
- Inventurabgleich
- Recherche und Aufbereitung von Fakten für Guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Benchmarking und Best Practice Sharing
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Events und Meetings
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Präsentationen
- Allgemeine Unterstützung im Office Management
Qualifikationscheckliste
- Ausgeprägte Selbstständigkeit und hohe Zuverlässigkeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive und SharePoint sowie allgemein gute IT-Kenntnisse
- Hohe Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, sich auf wechselnde Aufgaben einzustellen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit zur standortübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B
