What Happens After You Join?

Your résumé and profile will become part of the Launchpad Talent Community. When a new Software Engineering opportunity opens, our Talent Acquisition team may review existing Talent Community profiles before or alongside starting a broader search. If your experience appears aligned with a real opportunity, one of our recruiters may reach out to share details such as:

the role and responsibilities;
project or client context;
technical requirements;
working hours and time-zone expectations;
contract conditions;
compensation.

You can then decide whether you'd like to participate in the recruitment process. Until then, there is no interview process underway and nothing else you need to prepare. Joining the Talent Community does not guarantee that we will contact you or that a specific role will become available, but it gives us a way to find you when the timing is right.
