Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an Assistant Team Manager to join a dedicated Fostering service within a progressive local authority in Kent—where your leadership can make a lasting difference in the lives of children and families.

About the Role
Reporting to the Team Manager, you will lead and support a small team of social workers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. This is a non-caseholding role focused on delivering high-quality supervision and ensuring best practice in safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of vulnerable children and young people.
Requirements
- Degree in Social Work
- Active registration with Social Work England
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
