Occupational Therapist - Disabilities Early Intervention & Prevention

Liquid Personnel currently have a short-term vacancy for an Occupational Therapist to join our Disabilities Early Intervention & Prevention (EIP) Team in Conwy.
The EIP Team provides short, outcome-focused interventions for individuals and families, helping them build resilience and better manage their daily lives and circumstances.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Deliver direct OT services to people with disabilities.
- Work with parents, carers, and families to provide support and strengthen resilience.
- Complete screening assessments and make initial recommendations for appropriate responses to need.
- Carry out safeguarding activity where required.
- Ensure people with disabilities, their parents, carers, and families are at the centre of decision-making about their lives and desired outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Qualified Occupational Therapist (minimum 3 years post-qualified).
- Registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Strong technology and software skills.
- Manual handling training and experience.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
