Job Title: Occupational Therapist – Gateway Service
Location: Hertfordshire (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: £32 per hour
Contract: Full-time
Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join its client’s Gateway Service team in Hertfordshire. In this role, you’ll support residents through strength-based interventions that promote independence and wellbeing. What will your responsibilities be?
- Conducting generic assessments and designing personalised enablement programmes
- Promoting independence through minor and major home adaptations
- Reviewing moving and handling needs and providing specialist equipment
- Working collaboratively with carers and health professionals
- Supporting smart working with access to laptops, smartphones, and touchdown spaces
Qualifications & Experience:
- HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
- Experience in adult social care and enablement approaches
- Confident working independently across community settings
- Car driver with access to a vehicle preferred
