Occupational Therapist – Neuro Rehabilitation

Liquid Personnel is recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a specialist neuro rehabilitation centre in Sawbridgeworth. This role offers flexibility to join on a permanent basis or via a locum contract.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions to adults with complex neurological conditions.
- Complete functional assessments and develop personalised rehabilitation plans.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including physiotherapists, psychologists, nurses, and support staff.
- Support patients in regaining independence through goal-focused therapy.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to service development.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- HCPC registration.
- Experience in neuro rehabilitation or complex physical health settings.
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
