We are currently working with a range of charities and private organisations to find individuals such as yourself to work within Children's Residential, and Support or Senior Support Worker
If this sounds like you, Liquid Personnel would love for you to join its client as a Senior Support Worker in Birmingham and the surrounding areas playing a key role in delivering high-quality care and support.
Our clients range from working with older people to children, to helping vulnerable individuals on a recovery journey or supporting those with complex and challenging behaviours the work is always highly rewarding !

What will your responsibilities be?
- Support individuals with complex needs in a person-centred, engaging way
- Assist the Team Leader with staff supervision and development
- Manage service rotas and contribute to support package planning and delivery
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations
- Participate in shared on-call rota and work evenings/weekends as needed

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Diploma or NVQ Level 1/2 or 3 essential for some roles
- Car Driver
- Experience supporting people with complex needs
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
