Social Worker – Adult Early Support

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Adult Locum Social Worker to join its client's Adult Early Support Team at Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess new referrals and develop short-term support plans
- Promote independence through reablement and community resources
- Safeguard vulnerable adults and complete capacity assessments
- Coordinate with health, housing, and voluntary services

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
