Social Worker – MASH / Front Door Team

- Screen and assess incoming referrals to identify risks and determine appropriate next steps.
- Work collaboratively with partner agencies to share information and ensure coordinated safeguarding responses.
- Apply professional judgment to make threshold decisions in line with statutory guidance and local procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to high-quality reporting for safeguarding purposes.
- Participate in team discussions and reflective practice sessions to support continuous improvement.
- Flexible working hours and hybrid arrangements.

- Social Work England registration.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work.
- Post-qualified experience (MASH experience desirable).
- Full UK driving licence.
