Position Title: Customer Success Manager (internal title: Creator Success Account Executive)
Reports to: Sr. Manager, Creator Success
Location: Remote from the U.S.
Role Type: Full-Time, Base + Bonus (This is a salaried, non-commissioned role)
About the role
At LTK, our Creator Success Account Executives don't simply manage accounts, they help creators build thriving businesses.
As a trusted business advisor, you'll partner with a portfolio of creators to understand their goals, develop personalized growth strategies, and coach them to take action. You'll combine relationship-building, data-driven insights, and sales enablement to help creators maximize their success on the LTK platform.
Success is measured by the growth of your creators, not by closing new business. We're looking for someone who builds trust, influences action, and treats every creator's success as their own.
How you will make an impact
- Build trusted relationships with a portfolio of creators and serve as their strategic business advisor.
- Develop personalized growth strategies using creator goals, performance data, and industry insights.
- Coach creators to adopt new strategies, products, and opportunities that drive measurable business growth.
- Drive retention, engagement, and revenue growth across your portfolio.
- Analyze creator performance and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Advocate for creators by sharing insights with Product, Marketing, and Brand teams.
- Stay ahead of creator economy trends and educate creators on emerging opportunities.

What you will bring to LTK
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, Consulting, Sales Enablement, Partnerships, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience supporting solopreneurs, small businesses, creators as a strategic partners, not a vendor.
- Experience growing customer relationships through strategy, coaching, and business consulting.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Experience supporting creators, small businesses, or digital brands is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (oral/written) and presentation skills.
- A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency
- CRM experience (HubSpot or equivalent) preferred.
- Passion for the creator economy and helping businesses grow.
