Position Objective:

Join our analytics team and help us enable our healthcare providers to improve the lives of our patients. You’ll have the opportunity to think globally about the health of our patient populations and drive new insights into interventions that make patients healthier and make the healthcare system more financially sustainable. Use your background in healthcare analytics to really enhance people’s lives in a direct and measurable way!

Essential Job Duties:

  1. Builds clear and intuitive analyses of data to convey information quickly. Builds training curricula and guide users to ensure they are successful with the data we provide. Designs a beautiful user experience for analytics consumers.
  2. Communicates effectively with users, vendors, and AAMC leadership to gain consensus on proper timelines, project scope, and ensure desired outcomes are met.
  3. Develops reports and analytical tools using Epic Reporting Workbench, Radar, Qlikview, Business Objects, and the Microsoft BI Stack. Gains a detailed understanding of the business operations driving analytics needs.
  4. Documents work thoroughly and contribute to our culture of sustainable maintenance through adherence and creation of standards.
  5. Applies Agile principles to daily work.

Educational/Experience Requirements:

The minimum level of education and experience for this position includes:

  • BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines
  • Three years’ experience performing analytics and experience with SQL.

Required License/Certifications:

  • Epic Billing data model or EpicCare data model certification obtained within 6-months of hire.

Pay Range
$90,309.04$135,463.56 USD
