🔍 Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Android Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Android development, a deep understanding of mobile architectures, and a focus on delivering user-friendly and performant applications.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Design and build advanced Android applications using Kotlin/Java
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UI/UX, Backend)
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code
- Unit-test code for robustness, performance, and usability
- Integrate APIs and third-party libraries
- Debug and fix bugs to improve application performance
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Android tools, frameworks, and trends
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
🛠️ Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Kotlin (preferred) and/or Java
- Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio
- Solid understanding of Activity lifecycle, Fragments, and UI design principles
- Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON
- Knowledge of MVVM, MVC, or Clean Architecture
- Experience with Jetpack components (LiveData, ViewModel, Navigation, Room)
- Familiarity with Git/version control systems
- Understanding of mobile performance optimization
🌟 Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Jetpack Compose
- Knowledge of dependency injection (Hilt/Dagger)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Firebase (Crashlytics, Analytics, Push Notifications)
- Published apps on Google Play Store
- Understanding of security best practices
🎓 Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
