  • Design, configure, and deploy Salesforce Agentforce agents that automate business processes, support decision-making, and enhance user experiences.
  • Develop autonomous and semi-autonomous agents capable of performing business functions, orchestrating workflows, retrieving knowledge, generating recommendations, and supporting mission execution.
  • Implement AI-driven workflow automation leveraging Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and emerging Salesforce AI capabilities.
  • Configure prompts, agent actions, grounding strategies, knowledge integrations, retrieval mechanisms, and orchestration workflows to deliver secure and effective AI solutions.
  • Design and implement human-in-the-loop AI experiences that balance automation with governance, transparency, accountability, and mission oversight.
  • Build AI-native user experiences that integrate conversational interfaces, intelligent recommendations, workflow automation, and decision-support capabilities directly into Salesforce applications.
  • Develop integrations between Salesforce, Agentforce agents, enterprise systems, data platforms, and external AI services to support intelligent workflow orchestration.
  • Design scalable architectures that combine structured data, unstructured content, enterprise knowledge sources, and AI reasoning capabilities.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, analytics, and AI-driven insights leveraging CRM Analytics, Data Cloud, and enterprise data sources.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects, UX Designers, Scrum Masters, and DevSecOps Engineers to deliver AI-enabled solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools and emerging technologies to accelerate software delivery, improve code quality, automate testing, and increase developer productivity.
  • Ensure solutions align with security, governance, responsible AI principles, compliance requirements, and federal standards.
  • Support Agile development activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, code reviews, testing, demonstrations, and continuous delivery.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve Salesforce applications, AI agents, automations, integrations, and intelligent workflows.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Must be local to the DMV area with the ability to support onsite requirements in Washington, DC.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification and Salesforce AI Associate Certification.
  • 5+ years of experience developing Salesforce applications in enterprise environments, with strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Platform Events, APIs, and platform customization.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Agentforce solutions, including Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, and Data Cloud in enterprise environments.
  • Experience developing AI-powered solutions such as agentic workflows, intelligent automation, autonomous agents, and business process optimization using generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and enterprise knowledge integration.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native patterns, supporting enterprise modernization and cloud-based delivery initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governance, and compliance, along with responsible AI principles, and experience working in Agile development and continuous delivery environments.
