Salary: $66,300 + benefits

What We’re Looking For
- No college degree required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s are not required
- NYC-based and legally authorized to work in the US
- Passion for technology and infrastructure
- Analytical mindset and strong communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Learn at the mthree Academy
Before you start your role, you’ll complete 8–10 weeks of paid training at the mthree Academy, where you’ll gain hands-on experience with:
- Python programming fundamentals
- MySQL and database management
- DevOps tools: Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Docker
- CI/CD practices: Jenkins, version control (Git), Agile development
- Linux scripting and automation
- AI & Data Engineering foundations
- Cloud Engineering basics
- Financial & banking concepts explained at a high level
What You’ll Do in Your Role
Once placed with one of our global clients, you’ll work on real-world infrastructure projects such as:
- Automating system deployments and configurations
- Managing cloud environments and virtual machines
- Monitoring and maintaining enterprise systems
- Supporting CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
- Collaborating with software engineers and IT teams
- Ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security
