MyFundedFutures isn't just another prop firm. We're building the brand that funded traders actually want to rep and the partnerships that make that brand show up everywhere it matters. We move fast, we ship bold, and we don't do boring. If you're someone who can walk into a room (or a DM), spot the right deal, and close it, we want to talk to you.
This is a rare shot to build the partnerships function from the ground up at a company at the intersection of finance, gaming-style culture, and internet-native marketing. No stuffy bank relationship-management here. Think Blue #3A82F7, Obsidian, Gold: bold, confident, built for a team that wants partners who match our energy.
What You'll Do
- Own the full partnership lifecycle: identify targets, pitch, negotiate, close, and manage the relationship long after ink dries
- Build and run a pipeline of strategic partners across fintech vendors, data/platform providers, industry organizations, and co-marketing opportunities
- Structure deals that make sense for both sides: sponsorship, co-marketing, integrations, licensing, whatever gets the right partner to yes
- Partner directly with Marketing and Executive leadership to align partnerships with brand and growth priorities
- Represent MFFU externally: industry events, conferences, vendor calls, and everywhere our name should be showing up
- Negotiate and manage vendor/processor relationships that affect the bottom line, not just the top line
- Turn relationships into recurring value: track performance, report on ROI, and know when to double down or walk away
- Stay plugged into prop trading culture, competitor partnerships, and where the industry is headed before everyone else catches on
What You Bring
- A track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing partnership or business development deals, ideally in fintech, trading, gaming, or tech spaces
- Comfort owning a number: you know your pipeline, your close rate, and what's needed to hit target
- Sharp negotiation instincts, you can hold your own with vendors and executives alike
- Genuine interest in trading, markets, or prop firm culture. You don't need to be a trader, but you should get why this space is exciting
- Speed without sacrificing judgment. We operate in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
- Strong relationship-building instincts: you know how to keep a partner warm and how to know when a deal's gone cold
- Comfort with ambiguity, multiple concurrent deals, and priorities that shift daily
- A thrive-in-chaos mindset: you're energized by a small, fast-paced team where the best idea wins, not the loudest title
Bonus Points
- Experience in fintech, trading platforms, gaming, or B2B tech partnerships
- Existing network in the trading, futures, or funded trading industry
- Experience negotiating vendor or payment processing agreements
- A track record of partnerships that moved a real growth metric, not just a logo on a slide
