About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to drive marketing initiatives in our growth markets, including the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, and Spain. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing brand visibility, executing digital campaigns, and generating demand through field marketing efforts. Collaborating closely with sales teams, agencies, and content creators, you will be responsible for executing strategic marketing activities that align with nLighten’s overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Field Marketing & Demand Generation
- Develop and execute field marketing strategies for the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, and Spain, aligning with overall company goals.
- Plan and implement local marketing campaigns, events, and activations to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Work closely with the sales teams to support pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and partner engagement in target markets.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to optimize campaign effectiveness and identify new opportunities.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Lead digital and email marketing campaigns across the nLighten group, ensuring alignment with global and regional strategies.
- Manage relationships with digital agencies and content creators, ensuring high-quality content delivery.
- Oversee digital performance metrics, optimizing campaigns for engagement, conversion, and ROI.
- Ensure best practices in email marketing, including segmentation, automation, and personalization.
Brand Visibility & Event Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to enhance brand presence.
- Develop marketing collateral and promotional materials tailored to regional audiences.
- Strengthen nLighten’s brand visibility by coordinating PR and social media efforts for Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, and Spain in close collaboration with the central PR team.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work cross-functionally with Partner- and Direct Sales, Product Marketing, and Corporate Communications to ensure consistency in messaging and campaigns.
- Manage budgets for regional and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing and field marketing, ideally within the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including email marketing, social media advertising, and SEO.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.
