Deine Aufgaben:
Bist du Social-First im Kopf und entwickelst Ideen, die Menschen wirklich erreichen? Hast du ein Gespür für starke visuelle Konzepte plattformgerechtes Design und modernes Storytelling? Dann suchen wir genau dich. Gemeinsam mit Copywriter:innen, Strateg:innen, Projektmanagement und Produktion entwickelst du Kommunikation, die Marken relevant macht und Menschen begeistert.

- entwickelst eigenständig kreative Konzepte, Kampagnen und Content-Formate für TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube und weitere Plattformen.
- übersetzt Ideen in starke visuelle Konzepte, von ersten Scribbles bis zur finalen Umsetzung.
- Du entwickelst Look & Feel, Storyboards, Layouts und Social Assets mit einem sicheren Gespür für Plattformen, Marken und Zielgruppen.
- verstehst, warum dieselbe Idee auf TikTok anders aussehen muss als auf Instagram, LinkedIn oder YouTube.
- begleitest Projekte von der ersten Idee bis zur Produktion und arbeitest eng mit Kreation, Strategie, Projektmanagement und Content Production zusammen.
- gestaltest Shootings und Produktionen aktiv mit und sorgst dafür, dass Ideen auch in der Umsetzung überzeugen.
- präsentierst deine Konzepte souverän – intern wie auch gegenüber Kund:innen.
- beobachtest Creator, Trends und kulturelle Entwicklungen und übersetzt sie in relevante visuelle Ideen für unsere Marken.
- bist offen für neue kreative Technologien und nutzt KI-Tools dort, wo sie Ideenentwicklung und Gestaltung sinnvoll unterstützen.
Was du mitbringst:
Du...
- hast idealerweise 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung als Art Director:in in einer Kreativ-, Social- oder Digitalagentur.
- denkst Social First und verstehst, wie visuelle Kommunikation auf unterschiedlichen Plattformen funktioniert.
- entwickelst Ideen, die nicht nur gut aussehen, sondern Menschen erreichen und Gespräche auslösen.
- verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Design, Typografie, Bildsprache und visuelles Storytelling.
- interessierst dich für Creator, Trends, Popkultur und digitale Kultur – nicht nur beruflich, sondern aus echter Neugier.
- arbeitest sicher mit den gängigen Kreativ-Tools der Adobe Creative Cloud und entwickelst deine Ideen von der Skizze bis zum fertigen Layout.
- arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, bringst deine Perspektive ins Team ein und gehst konstruktiv mit Feedback um.
- präsentierst deine Ideen überzeugend und kannst kreative Entscheidungen nachvollziehbar begründen.
- verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
