Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
$85–$100/hour | Flexible Schedule | Puyallup, WA
Empower Behavior Solutions is seeking a highly reliable, experienced BCBA who takes ownership of their clinical work and is committed to delivering consistent, high-quality care. This role is best suited for clinicians who value autonomy, maintain strong professional standards, and follow through without the need for constant oversight.

Location:
Puyallup, WA (In-home and/or school-based services- can be remote)
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide consistent supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback to BT's/RBT's
- Analyze client data regularly and make timely, appropriate clinical adjustments
- Deliver structured parent training with clear guidance and measurable goals
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with clinical and compliance standards
- Manage your caseload independently while ensuring all clients receive consistent, high-quality care
What We’re Looking For:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB (required)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on ABA experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines without reminders
- Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and data analysis skills
- Professional, proactive communication style with both families and team members
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Data entry skills; (Required, all session notes will be entered via Rethink app.
